The LU-FM100S is a compact semi-automatic auger powder filler. The operator places a suitable jar, bottle, tub or supported bag beneath the nozzle and starts the preset dose by foot pedal or push button. The finished pack is then checked and closed in a separate operation.

The compact hopper and manual pack presentation make the LU-FM100S most useful for product trials, small batches, short campaigns and lower-volume production. It can reduce variation and spillage compared with hand scooping, but it does not automate pack feeding, weighing, sealing or capping.
Dry and reasonably consistent product that can be conditioned into the auger without uncontrolled bridging or flooding.

The trial should establish whether the powder flows into the auger consistently, whether the selected outlet fits the pack opening, whether a tail or puff occurs at cut-off and whether the operator can present and remove the pack safely and repeatably.
