The LU-FM710 is a semi-automatic auger filler for short campaigns and flexible pack formats. The operator presents the bottle, jar, tub or supported bag, starts the cycle and can use the separate weighing device to confirm or refine the result.

How the weigh-assisted route works.

Load and condition

Load a representative product and establish stable hopper presentation without bridging or excessive aeration.

Select recipe

Choose the validated auger speed, revolution count, delays and operating mode.

Present the pack

Position the approved pack beneath the outlet at the agreed filling height.

Dispense

The auger meters the programmed dose; the operator removes the pack when the cycle is complete.

Check weight

Use the weighing device for calibration, production sampling or weight-assisted correction as agreed.

Release or adjust

Accept the fill against the sampling plan or correct the recipe before continuing.

Best fit

Use the LU-FM710 where flexibility matters more than automatic pack transport.

The format is well suited to lower-volume production, frequent product or pack changes and development work where an operator remains available. It is not a premade-pouch feeder, bottle indexer or automatic sealing system.
