Verified Lancing modelInterchangeable auger tooling for a broad powder fill range.
The LU-FM750F is a semi-automatic servo auger filler with a 50 litre hopper, PLC touchscreen and foot-pedal cycle start. The operator presents each pouch or container beneath the filling spout and transfers the filled pack to the next process.
- 50 litre hopper
- Servo auger dosing and interchangeable tooling
- PLC touchscreen and foot-pedal operation
- Optional or integrated weighing-feedback arrangements
- Suitable for a feeder, sealer, coder or inspection stage when separately specified
Documented configurationLU-FM750F technical basis.
The model range is separated by auger and outlet tooling. Every published value must be read with the product, pack and test conditions shown here.
LU-FM750F model data and qualification conditions| Item | Documented basis | Condition to confirm |
|---|
| Filling ranges by auger change | 5–50 g; 50–300 g; 300–1000 g; 1000–5000 g. | Final range depends on powder bulk density, pack opening, auger set and trials. |
|---|
| Hopper | Approximately 50 L. | Agitation, refill level and feeder arrangement are selected around powder behaviour. |
|---|
| Controls | PLC touchscreen, foot pedal and servo auger control; weighing-feedback interface where fitted. | Confirm recipes, weighing method and any feeder or downstream interlocks. |
|---|
| Output basis | Indicative operator-cycle output of 1–8 fills/minute. | Depends on fill weight, flow, settling, pack handling and separate weighing or sealing. |
|---|
| Accuracy basis | Supplier reference measurement error ±1%. | Final accuracy depends on the product, tooling, bulk density, weighing arrangement, scale and agreed test sequence. |
|---|
| Power basis | 110 V / 220 V / 380 V, 50–60 Hz, approximately 2.2 kW. | Confirm the final build voltage and site connection before dispatch. |
|---|
| Net-weight configuration | A load-cell platform can support bulk and fine-fill control; a documented larger-bag configuration used a 150 L screw feeder, 50 L agitated hopper and 1–5 kg tooling. | The bag support, clamp, feeder, dust collector and sealing route are application-specific options, not universal standard equipment. |
|---|
Volumetric routeProgrammed auger revolutions.
For a stable product, the servo auger can deliver a repeatable programmed volume. The relationship between revolutions and net weight is established by calibration. Refill level, aeration and compaction must remain controlled because they can change the mass represented by the same volumetric movement.
Net-weight routeBulk and fine filling from load-cell feedback.
Where fitted, the weighing platform can stop the auger from live net-weight feedback, using a faster bulk stage and a slower fine stage near target. This can improve control across large fills, but the cycle, bag stability and scale environment must be tested.
Configuration choices
Specify the filler as part of the real operator process.
Powder feedingManual hopper loading, screw feeding or vacuum transfer changes refill consistency and dust points.
Pack supportRigid containers, open pouches and larger bags need different height, mouth location and clamping arrangements.
Dust captureReview drop height, nozzle fit, extraction collar and the customer extraction duty using the real powder.
Pack closingThe operator route to zipper closure, heat sealing, capping or inspection must be included in the output study.
Selection boundaryChoose the LU-FM750F when operator presentation remains practical.
The machine can cover a broad range through tooling changes, but it does not automatically feed, open or seal premade pouches. If containers need positive indexing and coordinated downstream machinery, compare the LU-FM4A automatic route. For smaller, more flexible runs, compare the LU-FM710 weighing-device route.
Plan feeding with the hopper and level-control guide, then record cleaning with the changeover guide.
Trial conditions to retain- Powder batch and loose/settled density
- Auger, tube and spout identity
- Hopper fill level and refill event
- Pack support and fill height
- Scale, sample sequence and output rate
