A bench top powder filling machine can replace manual spoon dosing, but any improvement in repeatability should be established with the actual powder and pack. Compare measured fill weights and accepted output with the current method, including the operator tasks that remain.
Bench top powder filling machine options for small UK production runs, product testing and controlled auger dosing into jars, bottles and pouches.

Send product detailsThese checks help decide whether the right route is compact, semi-automatic, automatic, VFFS or a complete powder filling line.
Check whether the powder bridges or compacts in a small hopper.
Match the fill nozzle to the jar, bottle or pouch opening.
Plan how the operator will weigh-check and present each pack.
Many free-flowing and some non-free-flowing powders can suit, but samples should be tested.
No. It is normally a compact, operator-fed route for small runs and flexible batches.
Yes, provided the powder is suitable and the machine is set up for the required fill weight.
Send your powder, pack and output target and we will help point you towards a suitable auger filling option.
The machine footprint is only one part of the space. Allow safe product loading, hopper-lid access, pack presentation, scale checks, removal, cleaning and the separate capper or sealer. The supporting surface or floor position must also suit the documented machine mass and operator reach.
Confirm dimensions, mass, levelling and a stable working position rather than relying on the “bench top” label.
Plan how bags or containers reach the hopper without unsafe lifting, contamination or uncontrolled aeration.
Use the tallest pack, shortest pack and smallest opening to define nozzle height and repeatable support.
Include the scale, capper or sealer and enough space to prevent filled packs becoming the bottleneck.
Compare the LU-FM100S compact auger filler and the LU-FM100B tabletop auger filler. Their documented hopper, controls and size differ substantially.
Use the output and capacity guide to measure accepted finished packs rather than the dosing step alone.
Lancing can review the filler, operator access, weighing and closing sequence as one production cell.
